The practice operates Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 4:30pm

New referrals will be considered after 1 July 2026. If you are seeking an appointment, please submit the referral after this date.

• You present with high risk of harm to yourself and others requiring a broader therapeutic approach involving multiple disciplines working as a team.
• You suffer from an Eating Disorder where you require the involvement of multiple disciplines to provide therapy and / or you struggle to maintain your physical health requiring hospital admissions for nutritional support.
• There are ongoing or potential legal and court issues (eg parenting disputes in the Family Court of WA, Children's Court matters).
• Due to the lengthy process of Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments, this practice currently does not offer this service.
