APPOINTMENTS

The practice will commence seeing patients on 1 July 2025.

The practice operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm

Please see your GP or Specialist Health Professional (eg Paediatrician) to obtain a written referral to the Tranquility Clinic. Without this referral, you will not be eligible for the Medicare rebate. The referral can be emailed to:

• You present with high risk of harm to yourself and others requiring a broader therapeutic approach involving multiple disciplines working as a team.
• You suffer from an Eating Disorder where you require the involvement of multiple disciplines to provide therapy and / or you struggle to maintain your physical health requiring hospital admissions for nutritional support.
• There are ongoing or potential legal and court issues (eg parenting disputes in the Family Court of WA, Children's Court matters) 

An automated online booking system is currently under development.

This includes an option to enter a waitlist to be notified of cancelled appointments.
